This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of PowerPlan, Inc. We are currently looking for a Project Manager in United States.

This role offers an opportunity to lead complex technical and software projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and clients, managing multiple priorities and navigating challenging project dynamics with professionalism and strategic insight. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management, effective communication across all levels, and the ability to drive alignment among stakeholders. You will leverage project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure operational excellence while fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys taking ownership of both project execution and financial performance.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead and manage moderately complex to large-scale technical/software projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

·         Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track execution from initiation to completion.

·         Identify, log, and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions and communicating impacts to stakeholders.

·         Produce weekly status reports for internal teams and clients, clearly outlining progress, challenges, and next steps.

·         Facilitate project meetings, including status calls, retrospectives, and planning sessions, while ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.

·         Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and budget forecasts, negotiating with clients to maintain project objectives and relationships.

·         Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary, providing concise, accurate summaries of impacts on project scope, schedule, and financials.

·         Mentor project team members, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

·         5–8 years of experience managing enterprise-level technical/software projects.

·         Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

·         Agile project management experience preferred.

·         Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with ability to engage effectively at all levels of client and internal teams.

·         Proven ability to build strong consulting relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.

·         Solid technical background to understand project complexities and collaborate with technical teams.

·         Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

·         Strong negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving skills in complex project environments.
