Senior Content Designer (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead the content strategy and UX writing efforts across digital products, crafting clear, intuitive, and engaging microcopy that guides users seamlessly. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure content consistency and quality while establishing scalable content patterns and guidelines. This position allows you to shape the voice of products, mentor other writers, and influence product decisions through well-crafted content. You will also contribute to training programs and style guides, driving the adoption of content best practices across multiple teams. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, engagement, and overall product experience.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the strategic vision for UX writing and elevate content standards across digital products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Develop and maintain scalable content patterns and style guides for consistent user experiences.
• Create and host training sessions for writers and non-writers to implement content best practices.
• Champion content governance and ensure adherence to standards across multiple products.
• Drive content strategy for innovative products, including AI-driven experiences.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UX writing or content design for digital products.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring other UX writers and designers.
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills, capable of navigating multiple teams and bridging product areas.
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating content strategy, UX writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience creating scalable content patterns, style guides, and training materials.
