Product Design Leader (Remote - US)

This role provides an opportunity to shape and elevate end-to-end digital experiences across multiple customer touchpoints. The Product Design Leader will own the design of marquee initiatives such as ticketing, loyalty, and concessions, creating intuitive, mobile-first interfaces that delight users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn customer insights into innovative design solutions. This position emphasizes mentorship, design system development, and cross-functional influence, making it ideal for a visionary designer passionate about user experience, accessibility, and cohesive visual identity. Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
• Create polished, mobile-first designs for web and native applications, balancing usability with creativity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver customer-centered solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and cohesion across all digital channels.
• Mentor and develop other designers, fostering a high-performing design culture.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and best practices in UX/UI.
• Translate user insights into design decisions that improve usability, engagement, and satisfaction.

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications, including complex workflows and AI-enhanced interfaces.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with expertise in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, and responsive design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to design culture and process improvement.
• Preferred: experience in entertainment, media, or consumer-focused digital products.
