This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Clean Power Alliance. We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Research and Marketing in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in shaping data-driven marketing strategies within a fast-growing clean energy organization. You will manage and analyze complex data sets, lead marketing research initiatives, and develop insights that enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Working closely with multiple departments and senior leadership, you will help drive continuous improvement and optimize digital marketing performance in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau) and monitor digital metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform marketing strategies.
  • Lead marketing research activities, including surveys, brand tracking, customer satisfaction studies, and segmentation analysis.
  • Manage campaign analysis by benchmarking results, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to create customer personas and segmentation models that support effective marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and support reporting efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and team coordination to achieve marketing and research objectives.
  • Support finance and audit processes related to marketing activities, providing data and documentation as needed.
  • Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance marketing research tools, automation, and reporting frameworks.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff and serve as a subject matter expert in marketing research.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Marketing, Business, Communications, or Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, customer research, or performance reporting roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across diverse teams and external consultants.
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and resolving issues proactively.
  • Competitive salary range between $115,838 and $173,757, based on experience.
