Project Coordinator (Remote - Florida)

This role is ideal for a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring resources are effectively allocated, timelines are met, and deliverables are of the highest quality. Working closely with internal teams, you will oversee project coordination from initiation to closeout, while maintaining strong communication and clear documentation throughout. This position requires strong decision-making skills, the ability to adjust plans as circumstances change, and proficiency with project management tools and techniques. Accountabilities

·         Coordinate multiple projects daily, balancing competing priorities and timelines while ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.

·         Work directly with internal teams, receiving project direction from Client Managers and assisting with scope, schedule, and budget validation.

·         Schedule and facilitate kick-off and closeout meetings, track progress, and manage project deliverables.

·         Oversee project financial performance by monitoring budgets, hours, and scope changes.

·         Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.

·         Ensure effective resource allocation by coordinating with discipline leads and expediting tasks when necessary.

·         Perform quality assurance reviews of deliverables and monitor compliance with processes and procedures.

·         Escalate project risks or concerns promptly to maintain timelines and budgets.

·         Mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience in construction documentation.

·         Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, preferably in project coordination or management.

·         Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling software.

·         Proven ability to create and manage budgets, schedules, and project action plans.

·         Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control practices.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

·         Intermediate knowledge of design, construction methodology, materials, and supplier selection.
