This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager, US in the United States.

As a Product Manager focused on US markets, you will drive the development and execution of beverage and merchandise product strategies that align with overall business objectives. You’ll analyze market trends, manage product assortments, and lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, inventory, supply chain, and creative teams. This role emphasizes bringing physical products to market, from ideation through launch, while ensuring alignment with brand standards and consumer expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and combines analytical rigor with creativity to deliver high-quality, innovative products. Your work will have a direct impact on customer experience and brand growth across multiple channels.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute seasonal and core product assortment plans for both cafe and e-commerce channels.
  • Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities and risks, and present strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Inventory Management, Sourcing, Creative, and Cafe Operations, to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships, attending trade shows, and guiding product development to market.
  • Oversee financial planning, PnL management, pricing strategies, and inventory optimization.
  • Support product launches, communicating priorities, writing briefs, and ensuring brand-aligned execution.
  • Provide guidance to cafe teams on merchandising, promotions, and product information.

  • 5+ years of buying, merchandising, or product management experience.
  • Strong understanding of beverage, merchandise, and retail product development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • High taste level with awareness of cultural, design, and beverage trends.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Slides; experience with PLM or data reporting tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive in ambiguity while maintaining brand integrity.

  • Competitive salary range: $84,000 – $116,500/year.
