- Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of live events, promotions, and content updates.

- Coordinate with development, design, marketing, and community teams for successful implementation.
- Continuously iterate and improve live operations processes for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with development to integrate web3 features and ensure secure player experiences.

- Drive player acquisition and re-engagement campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- 8+ years of experience in mobile game live operations with a proven track record.
- Experience with Free to Play, web3, and blockchain integration is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming market, player behavior, and monetization strategies.
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
