Marketing Analytics & Optimization Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Analytics & Optimization Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive data-informed growth strategies for a leading digital privacy and financial technology platform. As the Growth Analytics & Optimization Manager, you will analyze marketing performance across multiple channels, design and execute experiments, and provide actionable insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You will partner closely with marketing, design, and product teams to translate complex data into clear strategies that enhance adoption of key products. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, experience in growth analytics, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility while contributing to a mission-driven, fast-paced environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Analyze performance across marketing channels, including social, web, app stores, and campaigns to identify high-impact strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track key metrics in real time.
  • Link marketing activity to measurable product outcomes, including downloads, signups, retention, and monthly active users.
  • Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and controlled experiments to optimize messaging, visuals, and user experience.
  • Recommend actions and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner with design and product teams to refine creative assets and campaign messaging based on analytical findings.
  • Deliver concise, high-value weekly reports summarizing performance trends, experimental insights, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, performance optimization, or related data-driven roles.
  • Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights across large datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, App Store Connect, Firebase, and Looker.
  • Experience connecting marketing activity to product outcomes: downloads, signups, retention, and monthly active users.
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and interpret A/B tests across multiple channels.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution models, and user acquisition strategies.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented with a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Genuine curiosity about technology, digital privacy, and understanding user behavior.
