We are looking for an experienced Learning Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity training programs. This role is central to driving awareness, compliance, and technical skill development across the organization. You will develop and manage initiatives such as the Security Champion Program, Application Security training, and company-wide compliance education. Working closely with cross-functional partners in HR, Legal, and IT, you’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of proactive cybersecurity engagement.
