This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the design of innovative fitness and health products that impact users’ daily experiences. As a Lead Product Designer, you will translate high-level objectives into actionable UX strategies, drive user research, and create intuitive, effective, and engaging designs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, rapidly prototype solutions, and test them with users to ensure continuous improvement. The position provides exposure to both quantitative and qualitative research methods, modern UX tools, and AI-driven design workflows. You will influence product decisions, mentor team members, and help set design standards while contributing directly to product success. This is an environment for proactive, hands-on designers who thrive in collaborative, analytical, and high-impact roles.
· Lead UX research and design initiatives, uncovering user and customer needs through pilot programs and studies.
· Translate insights into actionable design solutions, building personas, user journeys, flows, and interactive prototypes.
· Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate solutions with users and clients to validate design decisions.
· Apply an entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative to drive product success beyond individual tasks.
· Integrate new UX methods, tools, and AI-driven technologies into design workflows to enhance outcomes.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing clarity in ambiguous environments and ensuring alignment on design goals.
· Significant experience in UX/UI and UX research across startups and larger organizations.
· Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on design solutions from problem definition to tested outcomes.
· Broad UX expertise, including qualitative and quantitative research, journey mapping, personas, UI design, and prototyping.
· Proactive, self-driven approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.
· Technical proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, or similar platforms; familiarity with AI in UX is a plus.
· Willingness to travel frequently (up to 25%) for on-site research and stakeholder sessions in the U.S.
· Fluent in English (spoken and written) and possess a valid passport.
· Bonus: strong interest in health, fitness, or behavioral science.
· Annual salary range: $90,000–$110,000.
