As a Creative Director, you will lead the vision and execution of a brand across every touchpoint, from digital platforms to immersive experiences and cinematic storytelling. You will define and maintain the creative identity, ensuring it resonates emotionally while remaining cohesive across web, marketing, product, and physical environments. This high-impact, hands-on role combines strategic leadership with executional excellence, allowing you to mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and bring ambitious ideas to life. You will influence brand perception, drive audience engagement, and shape the creative culture of a fast-growing, innovative company. · Lead the evolution and stewardship of the brand system, ensuring consistency, boldness, and emotional resonance across all channels.
· Oversee creative strategy and execution for web, digital, and marketing initiatives, including websites, ads, emails, and offline campaigns.
· Design and direct immersive brand experiences at events, including booth setups, stage visuals, and high-production activations.
· Manage the visual and experiential design of merchandise and brand extensions to reflect company identity and culture.
· Oversee video and film production efforts, guiding storytelling from short documentaries to customer experience films.
· Lead, mentor, and grow a creative team of designers, freelancers, and agency partners, establishing clear processes for collaboration and iteration.
· Implement creative operations systems, including briefs, reviews, tooling, and documentation, to enable fast and high-quality output.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, developer relations, and leadership teams to bring the brand story to life consistently.
· 10+ years of design and creative leadership experience, ideally in fast-paced, product-led companies or creative studios.
· A multidisciplinary portfolio spanning brand, digital, physical, and video design.
· Ability to combine visionary thinking with hands-on execution in tools such as Figma, Premiere, and After Effects.
· Deep understanding of brand expression across web, marketing, and product, with attention to detail in every visual and written element.
· Proven experience building and managing high-performing creative teams, nurturing talent while driving execution.
· Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with trust and ownership of projects.
