Lead Product Designer (Remote - US) - job 1 of 2

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Henry Meds. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer in the United States.

In this pivotal design leadership role, you will shape the user experience of a fast-growing telehealth platform focused on improving patient and provider interactions. You’ll own end-to-end design initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful healthcare solutions. Your expertise will drive design excellence, user-centered innovation, and mentorship within a remote-first, dynamic startup environment. Accountabilities:

• Lead and own design initiatives across multiple product areas, setting high standards for user experience and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate strategically with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct or oversee qualitative and quantitative user research to inform design decisions.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction concepts clearly.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and information architecture for consistency and scalability.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and a strong design culture.
• Advocate for user needs and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.
• Establish feedback loops to iterate and continuously improve the product experience.

• 6+ years of experience in UX or Product Design with at least 1-2 years in a lead or principal role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
• Proven success designing B2C products that drive engagement and business impact.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
