Junior Programmer (Remote)

Accountabilities

As a Junior Programmer, you will:

• Write scalable and efficient server-side web application logic in Python.
• Develop backend components to enhance overall application performance.
• Execute tests, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs in applications and software.
• Implement data protection and security solutions in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Integrate applications with third-party web services and support frontend developers with UI integration.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and development workflows.

Candidates should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Python development.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle and programming concepts.
• Knowledge of Linear Algebra, Statistics, and Mathematics concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and motivation to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Preferred: familiarity with Deep Learning, Data Visualization, NLP, Django, or Scala.
