e-Commerce Tech Lead

You will serve as the primary bridge between client business teams and internal engineering, overseeing offshore coordination, Agile delivery, and hands-on technical contributions. Accountabilities

As an e-Commerce Tech Lead, you will:

• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and conducting solution walkthroughs and demos.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and ensure their feasibility within project timelines.
• Coordinate and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery of milestones.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, task allocation, and risk management.
• Provide hands-on technical support, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, including Node.js, Vue.js, or related frameworks.
• Review code, assist in troubleshooting, and guide technical decision-making to align with client objectives.

Candidates should have:

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• At least 3 end-to-end eCommerce projects experience, covering Order Management, Supplier Management (Drop shipping), and PIM/DAM modules.
• Strong client-facing experience with a proven ability to manage and communicate directly with customers.
• Experience coordinating onsite-offshore or distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint management, and requirement gathering.
• Ability to write clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills, translating business needs into development tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: experience with headless commerce frameworks (Medusa.js, Alokai/Vue Storefront), CI/CD, testing, or DevOps.
