IoT Solution Engineer - North America

As an IoT Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting clients with innovative IoT solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of connected devices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and lead the resolution of complex customer issues. Accountabilities:

• Educate clients on IoT technical solutions to enhance understanding and application.
• Provide 2nd level support for customer tickets, collaborating with product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Lead ticket escalation processes and keep management updated on progress.
• Coordinate between internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and guiding suppliers when necessary.
• Contribute to product success by helping customers integrate IoT solutions effectively.
• Support pre-sales teams by tailoring solutions to customer requirements.
• Demonstrate technical expertise by simulating customer setups and troubleshooting end-to-end IoT systems.

• Knowledge of mobile network architecture and network protocols.
• Experience with IoT devices and network trace analysis (e.g., Wireshark).
• Hands-on experience with IoT device management (Raspberry Pi, Arduino) for network tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve network issues.
• Familiarity with network protocols such as TCP/UDP, MQTT, HTTP, GTP, MAP.
• Scripting experience (e.g., C++) for automation and daily tasks.
• Competence with BSS applications, APIs, web interfaces, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Understanding of incident and problem management processes (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) is preferred.
• Additional experience with cloud solutions is a plus.
