Implementation Specialist - USA

We are seeking a proactive and highly collaborative Implementation Specialist to join a dynamic project delivery team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of project and portfolio management solutions, working with both cloud and on-premise systems. You will partner closely with clients to identify needs, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure long-term project success. The position involves configuring, integrating, automating, and supporting enterprise tools, while providing training and ongoing guidance to clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge project management software in a hands-on, client-facing environment and to contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within a global team.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead client-facing solution selection, demonstration, and ROI analysis to recommend optimal project delivery tools.

·         Develop and implement phased solution proposals to ensure project and portfolio success.

·         Design, configure, integrate, and customize project management software, including testing and ongoing support.

·         Manage project progress, reporting, and client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective adoption.

·         Develop training materials, facilitate sessions, and assist with tool adoption for clients.

·         Support business process refinement, new initiative development, and enhancement of proprietary tools.

·         Share knowledge through case studies, blogs, and conference presentations.

·         Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or equivalent technical education; advanced degrees preferred.

·         3+ years of experience in project management, design, or project controls.

·         Ability to travel 25–50% as required.

·         Preferred certifications: P.Eng., P.E., EIT, PMI, or AACE credentials.

·         Experience with project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6/EPPM, Unifier, Prime, Aconex, Safran, Microsoft Project, and related ERP/EAM systems.

·         Strong knowledge of portfolio management, cost and contract control, risk analysis, and reporting/dashboarding tools.

·         Collaborative, innovative, and client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
