This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Implementation Manager in the United States.

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to lead enterprise clients through the successful deployment and adoption of HR technology solutions. In this role, you will own the end-to-end implementation process, from project kickoff to full adoption, ensuring seamless change management and optimal client satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and interact with senior leadership, including C-level executives, HR, IT, and legal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced with HR SaaS solutions, and adept at guiding clients through complex technical and organizational changes. This is a remote-friendly position that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and delivering measurable value to clients.

Accountabilities

  • Lead client implementations, managing the full lifecycle including kickoff, workshops, configuration, integrations, adoption, and training.
  • Develop and execute structured project plans to ensure timely delivery and accelerate clients’ time to value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their organizational needs are met.
  • Facilitate communication across teams and client stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the implementation process.
  • Mentor clients on process optimization, change management, and best practices to maximize solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and customer support to address client concerns and meet project milestones.

  • Minimum of 5 years of software implementation experience; experience with HR SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive organizational change and enhance business processes.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to executives and facilitating training sessions.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical abilities to manage multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently while maintaining effective collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and effectively influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring successful solution adoption.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies is preferred.

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 – $125,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and location.
