Accountabilities:

The Generalist Data Labeling Specialist will be responsible for accurate and consistent data annotation to support AI model development:

• Annotate and classify text, images, and multimedia data according to defined project guidelines.
• Apply rubrics and taxonomies to ensure high-quality labeling and consistency.
• Synthesize large volumes of information into structured, usable outputs.
• Identify and flag errors, ambiguities, or inconsistencies in datasets.
• Support evaluation and enhancement of AI reasoning and perception systems.
• Maintain productivity and quality under flexible, remote working conditions.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently while maintaining high accuracy:

• Based in the United States.
• Strong analytical, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
• Ability to process and structure complex information efficiently.
• Prior experience in data labeling, content moderation, taxonomy development, or linguistic annotation is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality in independent work.

• Fully remote, flexible schedule with asynchronous work (~20 hours/week).
• Competitive hourly rate: $45 USD/hour.
• Short-term engagement through October with potential for extension.
