Front-End Engineer (Data Insights & Reporting Team)

This role offers the opportunity to take a leading position in building and maintaining core front-end systems that power data insights and reporting functionality. The Front-End Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused features, while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance. You will contribute to key areas including risk insights, reports, and event logs, aggregating and processing data to provide actionable intelligence. The position encourages hands-on development and ownership of critical product components while fostering growth in modern front-end technologies.

Accountabilities

• Build and maintain core front-end components for web, desktop, and browser-based clients.
• Develop new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the Data Insights & Reporting team.
• Aggregate, encrypt, and process large datasets to produce actionable reports and insights.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the front-end codebase supports new functionality and integrations.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and sharing technical knowledge with peers.
• Independently plan, estimate, and deliver tasks while maintaining code quality and performance.
• Occasionally address community-submitted bug fixes and contribute to open-source initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience building complex Angular applications.
• Strong knowledge of reactive programming (RxJS or similar libraries) and front-end state management.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or similar component styling frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and communicate solutions effectively.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work across distributed teams.
• Openness, authenticity, and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern encryption concepts is a plus.
• Passion for open source, internet security, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

• Competitive base salary range: $120,000 - $155,000, depending on experience and location.
