Front End Engineer (UI/UX, TypeScript)

As a Front End Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building engaging, data-driven interfaces that power AI-enabled business applications. You’ll collaborate with product and backend teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, high-performance user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role blends strong visual design sensibility with deep technical skills, allowing you to shape how users interact with next-generation AI solutions. You’ll also mentor junior developers, contribute to scalable architecture decisions, and help maintain design consistency through reusable UI systems.

Accountabilities:

• Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-centric interfaces from wireframes to production.
• Collaborate closely with backend and full-stack engineers to connect APIs with front-end applications.
• Build and maintain the design system and reusable component library to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Optimize performance across browsers, devices, and network conditions.
• Develop workflows integrating human approvals and real-time activity updates.
• Participate in testing, QA, and deployment across platforms.
• Lead and mentor junior team members through code reviews and knowledge-sharing.

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development focused on scalable, responsive web applications.
• Advanced proficiency with React and TypeScript; experience with React Native for mobile.
• Skilled in Figma or similar tools for design collaboration.
• Familiarity with state management tools and Azure-based environments for hosting and integration.
• Strong grasp of semantic HTML, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing workflow-based or enterprise tools using modern UI component libraries (Material UI, Shadcn/ui, Radix UI, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.
• Readiness to travel domestically up to 80% of the time to meet client needs.
• Bonus: Experience implementing real-time UIs (polling, websockets), native integrations (push notifications, secure storage), or Azure DevOps automation.
