Data Warehouse Developer (Remote - US)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain robust business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a Data Warehouse Developer, you will design, build, and manage dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics workflows, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights for stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to BI governance standards, and mentor peers on best practices. This fully remote position allows you to work with modern tools and technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while helping drive innovation in data visualization and analytics.

Accountabilities

As a Data Warehouse Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, ensuring accessibility and adherence to visualization best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for analytics and reporting.
• Build and manage data workflows and pipelines using Alteryx or similar tools to support dashboard development.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation in relational databases.
• Perform Tableau site administration, including security, performance tuning, and environment management (DEV, UAT, PROD).
• Test and validate data sources and visualizations for production readiness.
• Mentor and support team members on Tableau best practices and dashboard usability.
• Support development and testing in Master Data Management tools such as Semarchy.
• Contribute to BI governance, standards, and quality processes.
• Work with Agile/Scrum teams for iterative development and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience writing complex SQL in relational database environments.
• 4+ years of Tableau development experience and Tableau site administration.
• 4+ years of experience with Alteryx or similar data preparation tools.
• 6+ years of dashboard development experience with complex datasets.
• 4+ years of experience in BI governance, including metadata, data quality, privacy, and security.
• Proven ability to manage multiple dashboard projects concurrently.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: experience with R and/or Python, familiarity with Semarchy (MDM) and GitHub.
