As a Data Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely data integration for large-scale healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines that support enterprise clients across multiple platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support smooth ETL processes. Accountabilities:

• Prepare, clean, and validate healthcare data from multiple sources to support integration workflows.
• Perform quality checks and run validation scripts to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in maintaining ETL pipelines, including data uploads, monitoring processes, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain clear and detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and repeatability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, data engineering, product management, and clinical operations to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
• Continuously learn and apply knowledge of healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and automation tools.

• Basic understanding of data processing and data quality principles.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset to maintain documentation and support troubleshooting.
• Problem-solving skills with an interest in identifying data issues and supporting process improvements.

• 1–2 years of experience in a data-related or operations role preferred.
