CX Software Engineer, GTM Platforms

In this role, you will design and implement scalable software solutions that enhance customer and support experiences across GTM platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing systems, optimize automation and personalization, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business impact. This position allows you to work on complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring junior engineers and shaping long-term technical strategy. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience initiatives.
• Design, build, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-performing systems and integrations.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and data workflows to improve automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, including Data Engineering, Product Engineering, and Communications & Collaboration.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy for GTM platforms.
• Mentor junior and intern developers, promoting a culture of technical excellence.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of building and maintaining reliable software systems.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience implementing scalable backend solutions.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React and Node.js.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and focus on aligning work to team and business goals.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Clean coding practices, ability to navigate large codebases, and contribution to code reviews.
• Preferred: knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and GTM platforms including AEM, Salesforce, or Marketo.

• Competitive salary range depending on US region: $130,900 – $199,300 USD.
