TITLE:                                 Software Architecture - Sr Professional II

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Own the end-to-end technical vision for front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and accessibility. Translate product strategy into a phased architectural roadmap that balances near-term delivery with long-term sustainability. Document high-level and low-level designs; perform regular architecture SOT analysis; and align UI patterns and frameworks with enterprise security, compliance and cloud standards. Establish and govern enterprise design systems and UI standards by defining, maintaining and evangelizing reusable components, tokens and patterns.  Lead peer design and code reviews, plan and track project progress, and monitor application pipelines.  Evaluate and introduce front-end tooling and frameworks including scanning technical landscapes, creating comparison matrices, and prototyping and benchmarking candidate solutions.  Refine backlog with product owners; automatic build, test, and release pipelines; and track sprint health DORA metrics and UI performance KPIs. Triage production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventative actions.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technological Systems Management or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving software development experience. Prior experience must include: 4 years working with building dynamic and responsive applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript; 4 years working with Agile Methodology; 4 years of frontend unit testing with Jest or Mocha; 2 years developing front-end applications; 2 years working with React and Figma; and 2 years creating enterprise level solutions.
