Conversion Analyst (Remote - US)

Accountabilities

• Analyze and verify the accuracy and integrity of converted data against existing solutions.
• Identify, document, and resolve issues, risks, and actions related to data conversion.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including data mappings, dictionaries, and technical specifications.
• Design and execute data conversion verification routines within an established framework, ensuring timely and precise completion.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of software modules and database structures to enhance conversion processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, trainers, and clients to guarantee successful data integration and conversion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience with SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
• Knowledge of data architecture, database structures, and data modeling techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in data validation and decision making.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to stay composed and productive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with GovTech Community Development Software is preferred.
