Accountabilities:

• Provide project support across various assignments including research, coordination, meeting participation, and documentation.
• Draft reports, client presentations, and deliverables based on project plans and data analysis.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research such as focus groups, interviews, and data gathering.
• Coordinate with project leads and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Support administrative elements such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, and completing follow-up tasks.
• Participate in strategy sessions and stakeholder meetings, translating insights into structured outputs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Economics, Liberal Arts, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Prior exposure to workforce development, education, or community/economic development sectors is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed for on-site project support.
