Coordinates Mobile Integrated Health Program and HOPE team activities with local and state agencies.

Prepares data-driven reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Engages in community collaboration and presents social work program outcomes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or a related field
