Position Summary

The Roofing Field Project Supervisor provides on-site supervision for roofing projects throughout Massachusetts. This role ensures installation quality, code compliance, and clear communication with customers and inspectors. The position is primarily field-based with periodic home-office work for documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight | Supervise daily roofing operations across multiple job sites.• Verify work meets Massachusetts residential roofing codes and internal quality standards.• Monitor safety practices and address deficiencies promptly.

Customer & Inspector Relations | Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.• Coordinate and attend municipal or third-party inspections; resolve punch-list items to achieve final approval.

Permitting Support | Assist the permitting team by gathering site details, posting permits, and ensuring timely close-out.

Reporting & Documentation | Maintain accurate daily logs, photographs, and material records in the project-management platform. Escalate issues or delays to the Roofing Division Manager in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in construction; roofing experience strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise labor crews and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Working knowledge of Massachusetts residential roofing codes and inspection procedures.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with mobile apps, cloud-based documents, and basic spreadsheets.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel statewide (mileage reimbursed).

• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred; Remi will support qualified candidates in obtaining the CSL if not already held.
