Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile banking services.
• Assist customers with service inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer feedback.
• Stay informed about mobile banking features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic banking software.
