In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with flight inquiries, reservations, and any issues regarding their travel arrangements. Your expertise in customer service and understanding of the airline industry will play a key role in ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries related to airline reservations.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
