Job Summary: The Pharmaceutical Consumer Marketing Leader will lead a team of consumer marketers responsible for accelerating reach of Lilly medicines to patients, faster by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and the ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making.
This role will lead the efforts to expand consumer marketing capabilities- identifying, leading, and building industry-leading consumer capabilities and skills focused on consumer seek, start, and stay strategies.
