Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

LifePro Recruitment LLC is on the lookout for a dynamic Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with potential clients in the field. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate our services and value proposition

• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management
• Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends
• Stay updated on industry developments to effectively position our services

Requirements:

• Proven track record in outside sales or a related field
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Knowledge of recruitment, staffing, or related services is a plus
