Tech Inside Sales Representative - GCC Market

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals for our technology products and services.

This role requires a deep understanding of the GCC market, including cultural nuances and business practices, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into opportunities.

Sales & Account Management:

    • Develop and manage a sales pipeline in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Present and demonstrate technology products/services to potential clients via phone, video calls, and emails.
    • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers.
    • Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction to encourage upselling and renewals.

Market Intelligence:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the GCC region.
    • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for campaign improvements and product enhancements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the GCC region and its business culture.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of enthusiasm and a results-driven attitude.
