In this role, you will provide top-tier service to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fashion products, orders, and returns. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients across various channels including email, phone, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order statuses, and returns to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the fashion team to stay informed about current trends, promotions, and products.
• Work to resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer centricity.
• Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
