ABOUT THE ROLE
Plaud is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead our efforts in identifying and hiring top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting for technology and AI-focused roles and will be adept at building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles within the company
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
Manage and mentor a team of junior recruiters, providing training and support as needed
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
5+ years of experience in sourcing/recruitment, with a focus on technology and AI roles
Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior-level positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with recruitment tools and platforms
A passion for technology and innovation
