The Advanced Design and Prototyping Technologies Institute (ADaPT) at Griffith University excels at connecting cutting-edge research with practical industry applications. ADaPT delivers innovative engineering solutions through advanced manufacturing, rapid prototyping, and comprehensive digital design processes, prioritising close collaboration with industry partners, supported by academia, to address complex engineering challenges across industrial, aerospace, marine, and biomedical sectors.

In this role, you will act as an essential link primarily between industry stakeholders and our research capabilities, transforming innovative ideas into tangible prototypes and commercially viable products.
This role involves a high level of manual handling, requiring the ability to safely lift, move, and manage various materials and equipment on a regular basis.

This is a fixed term (12 months, with the possibility of an extension subject to funding), full-time position primarily based at Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full-time equivalent base salary for a HEW Level 6 is in the range $91,843 - $97,964 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $107,456 - $114,618 per annum.
