Prospect, Partner, and Customer Growth (PPCG), within US Consumer Marketing Services, is a fast-paced organization responsible for driving Card Members into the American Express franchise via digital and direct channels. Within PPCG, the Prospect Site and Application Marketing team is dedicated to delivering best-in-class digital marketing and card shopping experiences to effectively convert visitors and efficiently acquire high-quality new Card Members on Americanexpress.com.

This Analyst, Card Shop CXO + Welcome Offers role will be responsible for driving the Welcome Offer strategy within Prospect Card Shop across our suite of 14 Consumer Card Products. Working closely with internal partners across PPCG, this Analyst will enable Welcome Offer marketing placements across the Card Shop + Application journey. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting with strategic initiatives that push Card Shop into it’s ‘next gen’ phase such as enhancing our mobile-first UX and implementing new T&L projects.

The Analyst’s Responsibilities will include:

• Support and execution of Card Shop’s Welcome Offer strategy across 14 Consumer Card Products
• Partner with the run of business marketing arm of the Site & Application team to ensure smooth coordination of marketing placements
• Support and innovate initiatives that will allow us to reach new, diverse audiences and build ‘next gen’ Card Shop experiences
• Successfully manage and build cross-functional relationships across multiple partner teams

Qualifications: 

• 2-3 years of Marketing experience
• Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
• Strong project management, and organizational skills with an attention to detail to ensure end-to-end flawless execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively
• Self-starer with demonstrated ability to work independently and through ambiguity and white space
• Passion for performance marketing
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to interact and influence internal partners

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
