Skills
- 8+ years designing complex, user-facing products (enterprise or SaaS preferred).
- Proficiency in Figma for interaction and visual design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end process and shipped impact.
- Experience creating prototypes and working UI mockups.
- Ability to design for complex data-driven interfaces and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from concept through production-ready UI and handoff.
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX teammates to define and deliver feasible solutions.
- Drive visual and interaction design across SaaS and platform interfaces.
- Conduct lightweight research and usability testing to validate designs and iterate quickly.
- Articulate user needs, design rationale, and advocate for the user in cross-functional discussions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
