Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Client Finance Team in TNashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide high-quality financial services to our clients, ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and compliance while supporting our commitment to exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes for assigned client accounts, including AR/AP, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Perform complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Process and analyze client financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with high accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial insights
• Mentor junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy and completeness
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred)
• Experience with property management accounting systems is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
