What this job involves

This position serves as a creative design resource for the client team, developing a wide range of visual communications and marketing materials. You'll collaborate on strategic design initiatives, manage digital tools, and create engaging content that connects global teams while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Collaborating with client teams to brainstorm and create various materials including web pages, presentations, signage, videos, and marketing collateral
• Supporting internal and client meetings, town halls, and training programs with planning materials
• Designing engaging, easy-to-use communication tools and templates that enhance presentation materials
• Managing digital tools and acting as liaison to external agencies such as Nudge and WordPress COE
• Overseeing the design and uploading process for all project materials while implementing effective content management systems
• Partnering with JLL print center teams to fulfill printed, digital, and other production needs
• Providing design support to the client team's technical team and executing communications related to real estate activities/events

Desired experience and technical skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Writing, Business Administration, Social Communications, or equivalent work experience (portfolio and references required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with animation and video production tools
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience building and designing websites or landing pages
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working within brand guidelines while delivering creative solutions
• Exceptional design skills for creating engaging content for global audiences
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment with cultural sensitivity

Preferred:

• User Experience (UX) design experience for digital layouts
• HTML email design and creation skills
• Experience with social media, internal communication tools like Nudge and Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and natural collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated passion for turning ideas into finished products

Estimated compensation for this position:

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
