We’re hiring a Growth Operations person to execute and iterate on growth campaigns using Jinba’s existing tooling and strategy.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth, who owns the growth engine, strategy, and prioritization. Your role is to turn that strategy into running experiments—across channels—using tools that are already in place.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, structured experimentation, and tight feedback loops, rather than defining top-level growth direction.
Execute growth campaigns across multiple channels (email, lifecycle, landing pages, outbound support)
Use existing tools (LaunchDarkly, Mixpanel, email marketing tools) to run experiments and analyze results
Translate hypotheses into concrete experiments with clear success metrics
Monitor experiment performance and share structured learnings
Iterate on messaging, targeting, and sequencing based on data
Maintain clean experiment tracking and documentation
Partner with engineering and design to ship experiment variations
Ensure results are measured correctly and decisions are data-informed
Experience executing growth or lifecycle campaigns at a high-quality product company
Strong comfort working inside analytics tools and dashboards (especially Mixpanel or similar)
Experience running experiments using feature flags, A/B tests, or lifecycle tooling
Ability to independently run experiments end-to-end once direction is set
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Clear written communication and structured thinking
Experience working with product-led growth teams
Familiarity with B2B SaaS or developer-facing products
Experience supporting experimentation at high velocity
Comfort working with partially defined problems and fast iteration cycles
Growth at Jinba is highly hands-on and experiment-driven. This role works alongside the Head of Growth to increase the velocity of campaigns, experiments, and iteration cycles.
By taking ownership of campaign execution, measurement, and iteration, you help ensure that growth ideas move quickly from hypothesis to data—without getting stuck in tooling, setup, or analysis overhead.
You’ll have direct impact on how Jinba grows, with clear ownership over experiments and real exposure to decision-making in a YC company operating at high tempo.
