ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
The VP of Growth will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth across all channels - ecommerce, retail, and wholesale - while building the foundation for international expansion. This leader will oversee all facets of marketing, brand development, and customer acquisition, translating financial and customer insights into powerful strategies that scale.
As a member of the executive team, you’ll partner closely with the CEO to define the company’s growth roadmap, ensuring both near-term results and long-term brand equity. You’ll balance creative brand storytelling with analytical precision, leading with vision while never hesitating to get hands-on and scrappy in execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Growth Strategy & Execution
Develop and own the comprehensive growth and marketing roadmap for all sales channels: ecommerce (DTC), retail, and wholesale.
Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies leveraging data and insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align product launches, marketing campaigns, and operational planning with growth objectives.
Marketing Leadership
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand strategy, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, creative and content.
Drive excellence across paid media - search, social, programmatic, influencer, affiliate, and emerging channels.
Build a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint that reflects the Jack Archer ethos and deep customer understanding.
Foster a culture of creative concepting, brand building, and disciplined testing and optimization.
Financial & Analytical Leadership
Partner closely with the CEO and finance team to model growth scenarios, CAC/LTV dynamics, and channel profitability.
Maintain a disciplined approach to resource allocation, ensuring every marketing dollar drives measurable ROI.
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms to guide decision-making and accountability.
Technology, Innovation & AI Adoption
Champion the integration of technology and AI across all growth and marketing initiatives to increase speed, precision, and scalability.
Evaluate and implement tools alongside the VP of AI that enhance targeting, attribution, creative testing, forecasting, and personalization ensuring Jack Archer stays ahead of the curve.
Partner with data and engineering teams to build intelligent, automated systems for performance reporting, budget allocation, and creative iteration.
Lead experimentation with AI-driven workflows across media buying, copy and asset generation, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics to drive both efficiency and creativity.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to test emerging technologies, platforms, and automation frameworks that enhance marketing performance and customer experience.
Ensure all technological adoption aligns with brand integrity, customer experience, and long-term scalability goals.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
10+ years of experience leading growth or marketing at a retail apparel or consumer brand, ideally scaling from early growth to mid-size business.
Proven track record in multi-channel expansion deep experience in ecommerce, retail partnerships, and wholesale distribution.
Experience launching and growing brands internationally.
Exceptional financial acumen; comfortable working alongside the CEO on P&L strategy, forecasts, and capital allocation.
Both strategic and scrappy you can define vision but also dive into details to ensure flawless execution.
Strong creative sensibility and appreciation for brand storytelling and aesthetics.
