This is a seconded position, meaning the selected candidate will be employed by ITAC but work full-time on assignment with one of our clients. While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. This position is for an estimated duration of 12 (twelve) months with the potential to extend, and requires the employee to be on the client's Garyville, LA site as needed. Please only apply if these requirements are agreeable to you.

Objective

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the project leadership personnel in ensuring the smooth execution of the project. The ideal candidate will be an experience Project Manager with industrial experience that is organized, communicative, and a go-getter personality!

Responsibilities

• Assisting the project manager
• Ensuring adherence to the project schedule
• Documenting and reporting project details
• Monitoring and tracking project progress
• Coordinating resources
• Reviewing drawings
• Supporting quality assurance
• Managing risk and overall project performance
• Communicating with stakeholders

• Experience: 5+ years of experience within industrial engineering project management, preferably mechanical engineering
• Technical Skills; Ability to run large projects in conjunction with other smaller projects
• Soft Skills: Organization, multitasking, ability to work with a team and autonomously
• Education: BS in Engineering Discipline
