Support the Development Team in all data, system & process-related activities that proactively identifies and helps resolve core problems. Serves as a liaison to IT and other Business
Groups across the Enterprise. Develop development team reporting deliverables using Tableau and Power BI to build data visualizations and dashboards and operational metrics that
maximize decision-making and provide management visibility, ensuring reporting accuracy and quality, while meeting required deadlines.

Purpose of Job:

• Develop business expertise across multiple domains to challenge and refine report content. Manage reporting processes including planning, data requests, data management, and tracking.
• Working collaboratively, pursuing data sources, and analyzing outputs, and supporting broader program management efforts.
• Deliver on ad hoc reporting requests for management and in support of team members, franchisee, and independent activities.
• Responsible for developing and analyzing reports and inquiries to support strategic initiatives and ongoing business operations.
• Extract and present data in a concise and relevant manner as well as creating and enabling new reporting functionality.
• Work with the various business analyst teams throughout the organization such as Finance, IT, DBU, and Supply & Ops so that the results are reported consistently and UAT testing for the initiatives are performed accurately throughout the organization. Work directly with Business Analyst II and key stakeholders to identify, develop, and analyze reporting and inquiries and/or test scripts and test results to support initiatives and ongoing business operations.
• Provide user support for various planned enhancements and upgrades.
• Create and share reports/dashboards with actionable information, developing KPIs.
• Provide clear answers to business questions and insights into operation by leveraging data. Offers advice on process improvements.
• Work independently to provide user documentation and training.
• Responsible for the timely completion of collaborative projects.
• Identify and resolve core problems to develop user reports and help solve data integrity and business issues.
• Extracting and presenting data in a concise and relevant manner as well as identifying opportunities for business improvement that includes identifying areas warranting further investigation and conducting proactive analyses as necessary.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources for a variety of audiences including technology and business managers.
• Act as a lead participant in assigned initiatives to ensure results are accurately captured and as an intermediary until more permanent reporting solutions are acquired.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Tableau certification preferred
• Experience using Tableau to build data visualizations and dashboards
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail. In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels, capable of summarizing and communicating key information at the management level
• Expertise in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tableau (or similar data visualization tool)
• High attention to detail with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources for a variety of audiences including technology and business managers
• Solid critical thinking, quantitative and qualitative analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights and formulating it into effective email, spreadsheets, presentations, etc; ability to correlate data across multiple reports to ensure consistency
• Skilled in thinking out-of-the-box to create new presentations, reporting mechanisms, and other documents
• Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved business processes and reporting mechanisms. Ability to map out as-is and to-be processes, and identify opportunities to streamline and/or automate processes utilizing tools and process improvements
• Self-confident and self-driven, with the ability to collaborate or work independently with strong time management and ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and assignments

Work Environment:

• Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods
• Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hear
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.
