Senior .Net Development Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced .Net development manager to work on our team supporting a Department of Treasury customer. The ideal candidate will possess over 20 years of experience in software development and project management and have expertise in .NET frameworks, web development, and database engineering. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with Agile team facilitation and business analysis responsibilities, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions within a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading Agile transformations and scale Agile Delivery using frameworks like SAFe
• Manage application security vulnerabilities and compliance
• Business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process optimization

Qualifications

Required:

• 20+ years of professional experience in software development and project management.
• 20+ years of expertise in .NET application development (C#, Web API, SQL Server).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Proven ability to lead Agile transformations and scale Agile delivery using frameworks like SAFe.
• Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process optimization.
• Experience working with federal clients such as Treasury, OCC, FDIC, etc.
• Demonstrated success in managing application security vulnerabilities and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Master’s degree preferred.
• DevOps and CI/CD experience is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Programming: C#, VB.NET, SQL, JavaScript, PHP, C++, Visual Basic 6
• Web Technologies: ASP.NET, Angular, jQuery, HTML/CSS, JSON, WCF, REST
• Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, TFS, LINQ, Ionic, SQL Server, MySQL, Unix/Linux
