- Organize project approvals, reviews, and facilitate smooth workflows.
- Support people management including project assignments and capacity monitoring.
- Manage select e-learning projects independently as an instructional designer.
- Contribute to communication strategies for training launches and client messaging.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team collaboration and operational scalability.
Education
- Relevant higher education degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, or related fields.
