Skills: Proficient in written English, well-versed in Microsoft Office, strong organizational and communication skills, capable of receiving constructive feedback, and able to work independently and in teams.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in the education or EdTech sector are preferred; certification in relevant industry-recognized programs is encouraged.
Location: This position is based in Lubbock, TX, with a hybrid schedule allowing for both in-office and remote work after a probationary period.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $75,000.

The Curriculum Alignment & Assessment Developer plays a pivotal role in ensuring that iCEV's curriculum aligns with state, national and industry standards and benchmarks. This developer is responsible for continuously improving alignments and assessments based on new state, national or industry standards, instructional materials adoptions, standards-based testing initiatives and further iCEV product development trends. The role involves collaboration with educators, industry experts, and other teams within the product department to ensure the alignments and assessments are relevant, comprehensive, and effective.
