Business Systems Analyst
Skills
- 5-7+ years in business analysis, solutions design, or similar roles working with SaaS applications.
- Experience with Salesforce, Workday, Gong, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, and Jira (or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma).
- Understanding of security best practices for SaaS and ability to enforce policy alignment.
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert for business technology solutions and provide strategic guidance to business units.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and develop business cases.
- Lead discovery, evaluation, selection, and implementation of SaaS applications and IT systems.
- Design and drive integrations to break down departmental silos and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage full lifecycle of IT projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering business value.
- Produce and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Security, Finance, Legal, and technical teams to ensure procurement and implementations meet company policies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and optimizations leveraging technology.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus but not required.
