Manager Physician Practice II-Multispecialty

Pay Range:

$35.92 - $53.88

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS is seeking a Physician Practice Manager II in our Multispecialty Clinic. Operational leadership, practice manager II, for a very busy 18-provider (and growing) practice. The practice manager II oversees daily operations of a high-volume multispecialty clinic ensuring effective coordination of clinical and administrative functions across several specialties. The clinic services as a diverse adult population and operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring advanced leadership, problem solving and communication skills to support excellent patient care, provide satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities will include managing day to day clinic workflows and staff schedules. Hiring, training and supervising front and back-office staff. This position will act as a liaison between providers, patients and administration.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is required.
  • Master's Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of clinical leadership experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in a clinic setting is required.
  • 3 years of progressively more responsible leadership experience is required.
