Responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, pricing, and inventory levels to optimize stock and reduce expired products.
- Identify top-performing and emerging cannabis products and analyze market trends to increase market share.
- Support sales growth through strategic promotions, sell-through analysis, and margin targets.
- Collaborate with wholesale, marketing, compliance, and retail teams to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with cannabis regulations and assist with product data management.
- Educate dispensary staff on new products and pursue outreach opportunities to enhance product knowledge.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certifications in business, supply chain, or related fields preferred.
